Tesla Authorization
Once the OTA diagnostic request is started, Tesla may send an email to the vehicle owner asking for permission for a third party to access the vehicle for diagnostic purposes.
Simply follow the instructions in Tesla's email and approve the request. Once authorization is completed, we can proceed with the diagnostic assistance.
OTA Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee of approximately $100 applies. This fee covers the time required to:
